Every child needs to be potty trained, but maybe not in public, at a food court. This recent event brought up other questions like is appropriate to change a diaper or breast feed in public?
Real women talk about this real issue in this week’s episode of What SheSays.
“is [it] appropriate to change a diaper…in public?”
NEVER. Don’t put the used diaper on the shelf at the Supermarket for someone else to clean up, either. Nobody wants to see or smell your kid’s dirty diapers. There are “baby changing stations” all over. Don’t leave them dirty, and don’t forget to fold them back up when you’re done.
If your kid can’t behave in public, don’t take him out in public. We don’t want to hear him screaming, either. YOU are the parent, YOU set the expectations. Don’t settle for less just because you’re too lazy to demand proper behavior.
