The Lions have been grilling pork chops at the Street Fair for more than a dozen years. They’re served every year by employees of The Forum and WDAY (who try hard not to sneak samples).
So what’s the secret to those Lion’s pork chops? Tracy Briggs caught up with John Quaale the man who started it all.
The money raised from pork chop sales go to charities around the region. Recently, the Underwood Lions donated $10,000 towards a veteran’s memorial.
