How to Overcome Your Cravings

You know those moments when you’re craving that salty snack or that sweet treat, when you know you shouldn’t have it but it just sounds SO GOOD… Did you ever think that maybe it’s not those unhealthy treats you’re craving? What you’re doing is mentally wanting to have that food when physically you’re craving the natural vitamins and sugars unhealthy snacks just don’t give to you.

Happy Body/Hot Life columnist Chris Linnares tells us how we can overcome those cravings while giving us a GREAT banana protein pancake recipe to help keep you healthy, full and finally satisfy those cravings in the right way!


Banana Protein Pancake

1/3 cup oatmeal
2 eggs
2 tbsp. almond milk
1 tbsp. coconut oil
Cinnamon to taste
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. flax seed
